We do not use cad cam technology or computer-generated images as we prefer traditional handmade Jewellery, which offers unique individuality across all of our pieces. I had some money gifted to me for a recent big birthday and wanted a diamond ring which I could wear every day. I already had the flower ring from Doug Hughes which I just love so thought it would be nice to return for a ring to compliment that. I placed an order for a simple rubover solitaire. It arrived and was beautiful but I felt I needed something more substantial. After contacting Doug and Linda they suggested I return it and they reset it in a heavier setting. They were so patient and understanding and wanted me to be 100% happy with my purchase. The replacement ring was received back and I could not be happier with it and speak highly enough of Doug and Linda. I now have two stunning Doug Hughes creations which I will cherish forever.
